Enrollment in this program is not required to purchase goods or services from A&M Home Remodeling. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.

Text message delivery is subject to availability and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier limitations, device compatibility, or network interruptions.

Participant Requirements

To participate, you must:

  1. Own a mobile device capable of two-way text messaging

  2. Use a participating wireless carrier

  3. Maintain an active wireless service plan with text messaging enabled

By enrolling, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age

  • Are authorized to enroll the mobile number provided

  • Accept responsibility for any message or data charges incurred

Submitting your enrollment or otherwise opting in confirms that you meet these requirements.

Opt-Out and Help Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message.

Costs and Fees

Release of Claims; No Warranties

By participating in A&M Home Remodeling’s text message program, you agree to release, defend, and hold harmless A&M Home Remodeling, its service providers, SMS vendors, and participating wireless carriers, along with their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to your participation in the program.

This includes, without limitation, claims related to personal injury, property damage, data issues, privacy concerns, or violations of applicable laws.

The Released Parties are not responsible for errors or omissions in promotional materials, message delivery failures, or delays. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All text message services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The Released Parties make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the text message program, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

  • Technical or system failures of any kind

  • Network, carrier, or connectivity issues

  • Lost, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages

  • Unauthorized access or human intervention

  • Any damage to your mobile device related to participation

Participation in the program is at your own risk.
